We need a President who has spent his entire life successfully managing and solving complex business and organizational problems, a President who has the training and experience to solve these problems, and a President that has been a successful business manager and now wants to give back to the country that he/she loves.

Up to now, our Presidents needed only one skill: To learn the technique of being elected and re-elected. That skill has now proven to be totally inadequate for our modern and complex times. We need to select a new kind of leadership for our country.

Somehow, our Presidents have decided that it's not their job to waste their time on all that technical stuff, that's the job of technical experts.

After all, it's not the President's job to learn how to create jobs for the people, how to reduce the skyrocketing medical expenses, how to increase our exports, how to control the banks so they dont blackmail us into giving them billions of dollars, or how to reduce our obscene debt, and so many of those other technical things like that.

That's the job for the technical experts, who will tell us what to do. It's not my job. I was not trained for that kind of stuff. Instead, I have to spend all my time on figuring out how to be elected and re-elected. After all, I need to continue to be the President. That's my most important thing to concentrate on.

It is now very clear, we need a President who has the training and experience to successfully managing a large, diverse business organization, and who has demonstrated the ability and knowledge to solve complex business problems.


We need to modernize our government, with modern tools of management techniques and dedicated professional managers, including electing the right kind of President who already has the skills needed to solve major problems facing America.

America has now grown beyond merely a ""politician"" as our President. We need to enter the 21st century and get a professional Business Manager to be our President.

We need a person like Donald Trump who has the experience to apply strong business solutions to solve our nations problems.

Even if Trump looses, America will still win. Donald Trump will have created a new set of criteria for selecting our President finding the right Business Manager to be our President.

Forget the Politicians, they have always screwed thing up. We never seem to know what the President will do, or what his agenda will be, until after they get into the Whitehouse, and than get us into deep dodo.

The Presidents agenda seems to be all about having wars, reducing our social security, lowering taxes for the rich, sending our young to war so fast that their equipment is unsafe, not helping the victims of Katrina, blaming the other politicians for not getting things done for America, telling us how great they will be when they become President while meanwhile they send our jobs to China, run up our debt to obscene heights, borrow the money from China, let OPEC and oil speculators run up the price of oil, allow the banks to blackmail our government, than give the banks Billions of dollars, while the President is secretly allowing the American Dollar to be replaced in the future by an International Dollar (this secret plan is being spearheaded by China), the result of which will drastically lower the value of the US Dollar and cause a historic downturn in the American Way of Life, forever.

We need Donald Trump as our next President to get these problems solved. Otherwise our President will delay, spin, blame the other guy, push the solutions onto our children, or just plain do nothing until it is too late.

""We campaigned on a promise to get tough on child sexual offenders, crack down on illegal drug trafficking, and improve the overall efficiency of our judicial system. Canadians gave us a strong mandate to bring forward these reforms.""

On the other hand, Ward Harkavy, in the Village Voice Blog, dubbed Nader, ""America's Suicide Bomber"" while The Age saw him as the ""Democrats bogeyman"", and The Nation Blog apparently believes America still needs Ralph Nader to be Public Citizen Number One pursuing matters as a consumer advocate and not a presidential candidate.

Republican presidential candidate and former Arkansas governor, Mike Huckabee couldn't resist a little fun at Nader's expense and joked on CNN that Republicans would welcome Nader's entry into the race and hope that maybe a few more will join in.

Huckabee said in a television interview that a Ralph Nader candidacy was a suicide mission and would more likely pull votes away from Democrats than Republicans, and he welcomed the longtime consumer advocate into the fray.

Ron Paul's camp believes there is unhappiness among the electorate, and that he (Paul) best captures that anger, and that Ralph Nader is not the proper vehicle for the expression of America's year of discontent.

Nader, they feel, was a spoiler in 2000 and will long be remembered as being responsible for the election of George W. Bush, and that just as when he ran again in 2004 there will be few who care in the final analysis.

John McCain being the odds on favorite to benefit the most from the Nader candidancy has appropriately remained mum on the subject.

Woman Exercises Her Right to Die

Woman exercises her right-to-die and takes her own life surrounded by her family.
Brittany Maynard, the American who became the public face of the controversial right-to-die movement over the last few weeks, ended her own life Saturday at her home in Portland, Oregon. She was 29.

""Goodbye to all my dear friends and family that I love. Today is the day I have chosen to pass away with dignity in the face of my terminal illness, this terrible brain cancer that has taken so much from me ... but would have taken so much more,"" she wrote on Facebook. ""The world is a beautiful place, travel has been my greatest teacher, my close friends and folks are the greatest givers. I even have a ring of support around my bed as I type ... Goodbye world. Spread good energy. Pay it forward!""

Doctors told Maynard she had six months to live last spring after she was diagnosed with a likely stage 4 glioblastoma. She made headlines around the world when she announced she intended to die - under Oregon's Death with Dignity Act - by taking a fatal dose of barbiturates, prescribed to her by a doctor, when her suffering became too great.brittany-maynard 2

""My glioblastoma is going to kill me and that's out of my control,"" she told PEOPLE last month. ""I've discussed with many experts how I would die from it and it's a terrible, terrible way to die. So being able to choose to go with dignity is less terrifying.""

On Oct. 6, she launched an online video campaign with Compassion & Choices, an end-of-life choice advocacy organization, to fight for expanding death with dignity laws nationwide.

""For people to argue against this choice for sick people really seems evil to me,"" she told PEOPLE. ""They try to mix it up with suicide and that's really unfair, because there's not a single part of me that wants to die. But I am dying."" A Heartbreaking Choice Arriving at her decision was a gradual one, she said.


""It's not a decision you make one day and you snap your fingers,"" she told PEOPLE.

She said she began thinking about death with dignity in January - when she was first diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor - after coming across an article on it while researching possible treatments.

""Really, from the beginning, all the doctors said when you have a glioma you're going to die,"" she told PEOPLE. ""You can just Google it. People don't survive this disease. Not yet.""

Doctors removed as much of the tumor as they could, but it came back larger than ever two months later, she said.

After researching her options, she decided not to try chemotherapy or radiation.

""They didn't seem to make sense for me,"" she said, because of ""the level of side effects I would suffer and it wouldn't save my life. I've been told pretty much no matter what, I'm going to die - and treatments would extend my life but affect the quality pretty negatively.""

In June, she moved to Oregon with her husband, Dan Diaz, 43, her mother, Debbie Ziegler, 56 , and her stepfather, Gary Holmes, 72, so she could have access to the state's Death with Dignity Act, which allows physicians to prescribe life-ending medication to certain terminally ill patients.

OAKLAND, Calif. The news of Kyrie Irving's fractured left kneecap hit the NBA Finals with a fury on Friday. Same story, different player.

Basketball is breaking people, and it's doing so at an alarming rate.
What promised to be one of the league's best season-ending showcases in years is now a complete dud. With the Cavs missing Kevin Love and Irving, not to mention Anderson Varejao, is it over in four games or five? Well, that depends.

At this pace, how many games will the Cavs and Warriors have enough players to finish?
The carnage doesn't begin or end with the Cavs, who now face the virtually impossible task of trying to dethrone the team with the NBA's best record without two of their three best players.

Nobody wishes any ill toward anyone on the Golden State side, but it would seem that the Cavs' best (and perhaps only) strategy is just to extend the series as long as possible because you never know who will go down next.

It might be someone on the other side.
From Mike Conley and Tony Allen to Chris Paul and John Wall from Pau Gasol and Kyle Korver to Love and Irving the NBA playoffs have been so injury prone as to warrant the formation of a congressional committee. Seriously, who sanctions such barbarism?

TV networks, that's who. It's a $5 billion business, and the money just keeps rolling in. Less than 15 minutes after the Cavs announced Irving's fate, the NBA sent out a press release revealing that the 17.8 million viewers Thursday night amounted to the largest TV audience ever for Game 1 of the Finals on ABC.
In about a year, the league's new $24 billion broadcast and digital rights contracts kick in, fueling a dramatic jump in player salaries and owner profits.

But while the worst business practice would be to assault your customers, maiming your star athletes is about as bad as it gets for a pro sports league that relies on their continued athletic performance to generate all that money.

The NFL has gotten away with this for years, because most of the serious disabilities don't set in until years after players have retired. Plus, fresh meat walks through the locker-room doors every year after the draft to replace the damaged goods.

When did playing basketball become so dangerous? Well, commissioner Adam Silver said perception isn't exactly reality.

""Our data doesn't go back that far, at least to a point that it's really reliable in terms of games missed,"" Silver said. ""But at least over a short period of time, we don't see even versus last year, games missed is not greater than last year. In other words, injury data isn't showing that this was a worse year in terms of injuries than last year.""

The thing is, the 2013-14 season was bad for injuries, too, so what does that comparison really tell us? You had Derrick Rose (torn meniscus, which he tore again this season); Kobe Bryant (fractured knee, which came after he tore his Achilles' tendon late in the '12-'13 season); Tyson Chandler (fractured fibula), Anthony Davis (broken hand), and on and on. In the span of three seasons, the Hawks' Al Horford tore not one, but both of his pectoral muscles.

Beyond the aforementioned postseason injuries, the Blazers lost in the first round without Wesley Matthews (torn Achilles) and the Thunder missed the playoffs because Kevin Durant played only 27 games due to multiple foot surgeries.

""There are more high-profile players seemingly that are injured this year than last year,"" Silver said during his annual pre-Finals media address Thursday night, before Irving became the latest victim. ""So that always concerns me.""

As well it should. With collective bargaining talks cranking up again as soon as this summer, the debate over who's more replaceable the owners or the players will once again come to the forefront. But it seems pretty clear that a business based on sustained athletic performance can't be sustained without, you know, athletic performance.

Over the years, since the establishment of the Emmy Awards in 1949, they have grown into several additional smaller ceremonies to emphasize honors within more local or specialized realm.

The numerous sects of the Emmy Awards include:
The Primetime Emmy Awards - presented in September of each year, on the Sunday preceding the start of the fall television season - to honor outstanding achievement in primetime television programming (programming that airs after 7 p.m).

The Creative Arts Emmy ceremony honors excellence behind the scenes, in areas such as costume design, at a dinner held a few days earlier than the televised primetime awards show.

In the 1970s, the Emmy Awards introduced the International Emmy Awards, to honor programs produced and initially aired outside of the United States. Each year, these awards are presented at the International Emmy Awards Gala, held at the Hilton Hotel in New York City.

In 1974, daytime programming (referring to shows airing before 6 p.m.) was granted its own Emmy Awards show called the Daytime Emmy Awards, which usually broadcasts in May or June, and also has a separate ceremony days before to distribute Creative Arts Emmys for personnel behind the scenes of daytime shows.
The News and Documentary Emmys are held every fall to honor excellence in national news and documentary programming in about 40 awards categories.

In 1950, the first Emmy for Best Sports Coverage was rewarded at that year's primetime Emmy Awards; but since 1979, the Sports Emmys have held its own ceremony each year in New York's Rainbow Room on a Spring Monday night in April or May, in honor of excellence in national sports television programming for live coverage, sports announcers, and sports-related television series.

Beginning in 1950, Technology and Engineering Emmys have been awarded to individuals, companies, or organizations each year for their scientific, technological, and engineering contributions to the television industry. This division is probably the closes to a more traditional corporate award that the Emmys will get.

Student Emmys are awards granted to students in high school or college who may submit their individual or group productions to their region's headquarters in consideration for recognition in several awards categories, including Arts & Entertainment, News, Documentary, Public Affairs, Sports, Writing, and Technical Achievement.

Regional winners receive plaques including their names and the names of their adult supervisors, and then move on to consideration by a blue ribbon panel who awards the National Student Television Award for Excellence from among the regional winners in each category. Due to the nation's economy, however, the national level of the program was suspended.

Each of the twenty regional chapters across the nation holds its Regional Emmys at various times throughout the year to honor shows produced locally. At the outset, these awards focused on local news programming, but now include honors for shows in every market that are received by less than half of the nation's viewers.

Each of the regional ceremonies have their own award categories as well as their own procedures for nominating, voting, and committees. Winners of the regional awards are still regarded as ""Emmy winners,"" receiving trophies that are smaller in size and about half the weight of the nationally awarded trophy."
